Holy Family Senior Living, Bethlehem has named Mary Hahn as its new Chief Executive Officer. Hahn will join the organization on Aug. 17.
Hahn's career has included roles with highly respected institutions including The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, and Henry Ford Health System/Health Alliance Plan in Detroit, Mich. She held executive leadership roles for over 20 years in Catholic healthcare at Penn State Health St. Joseph, Reading. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Health and Wellness at Bell and Evans in Fredericksburg, Pa.
Her connection to the field began years ago as a junior volunteer at Holy Family Manor, an experience that helped shape her career in healthcare. Hahn is recognized for her expertise in operations, strategic planning, healthcare analysis, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, N.Y., and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio State.
A resident of the Lehigh Valley, Hahn grew up in Bethlehem and has called Allentown home since 2000. She and her husband, Mike, have two college-aged children.

Hahn succeeds Len Weiser, who has served as consultant and Interim Chief Executive Officer during the transition. Weiser will conclude his interim role in late September.
Holy Family Senior Living, a ministry of the Diocese of Allentown, serves older adults across eastern Pennsylvania through affordable housing communities in five counties and a LifePlan (CCRC) campus in Bethlehem offering independent living, personal care, skilled and long-term nursing, and rehabilitation.
